1. Breath is virtual substance that carries oxygen.
2. Oxygen produces energy in the body. Energy in use is called kinetic energy.Energy that is stored to be used is called potential energy.
3. Oxygenation of an area in the body creates Energization in that region.
4. Energy flows from what you are connected to seamlessly. Abundance and strength of your connecting source determines the quantity and quality of energy you will receive .
4. Flow of energy through breath follows your visualization. If you visualize that you are breathing in for improving your health, your breath will circulate in the body to improve your health. If you visualize that your breath carries energy flow from the earth, and allow it to move beyond your brain to merge with the cosmos, you will feel a big change in volume of your breath and your energy level.
4. Breath can be directed, spread, circulated, expanded, contracted, centred & concentrated.
5. A very important feature of breath manoeuvre is that it can be spiralled. Spiralling gives a new dimension to the breath.
6. A specially important feature of breathing is that it can be associated with a thought, feeling, images, visualizations and prayers both while breathing in and breathing out as a way of affirmation.
7. For example, breathing in you visualize and ask for fulfilment what you need, breathing out, you visualize receiving what you asked. Breathing in, you resolve, breathing out you fulfil your resolution. Breathing in, you pray and visualize for someone's well being, breathing out, you visualize your prayers are being answered.
8. Energization is directly proportional to frequency, volume, attention and staying period of breath in an area of the body.
9 . Breath follows the contour of the posture body takes. It means, We can direct the flow of breath,or the flow of the energy, at any region we want by modulating the contour of our posture.
10. The contour of the posture can be circular, eliptical, orbital, cross winding, straight, bent or shaped in a particular way.The breath will follow the contour as you direct it. If the contour is dynamic or rhythmically moving, the breath will follow the path of the movement of contour.
11. Since breath is another name for life force, and energy, you will energize or enliven the organ or a body region where you will direct the breath by maneuvering your posture. Know that flow of energy follows the breath
12. This forms a great understanding about energization.
13. Energy flows where attention goes.
14. Blood flows where energy goes.
15. Strength flows where blood goes.
16. Robustness is built where strength is accumulated.
17. A casual or isolated thought, at best, produces a mild action. It does not bring about lasting changes in life.
18. To produce a change that really matters in life, thoughts have to be uniform and are to repeated regularly to create a conducive mental environment. You can repeat the thoughts with every breath. Such repetitive thoughts create a very helpful thought pattern. And it is the thinking patterns we consciously create that makes psychological difference to our life.
19 . Our breathing pattern makes energetic difference to the way we live.Â
20. However, the change of energy pattern nto the body :
Â
>> produces change in metabolism
Â
>> creates resistance to diseases.
Â
>> strengthens the organ at which energy is directed.
>> changes our exuberance in daily life.
SMILING MEDITATION
Â
This simple but powerful 12 minute meditation is inspired by teachings and illustrations of the great living Taoist master, Mantak Chia.
Â
We receive ssso many years of education and no one teaches how to pay attention to and smile to those who are closest to us-our body, its organs, our mind and our life. When we begin our mornings with a smiling , joyful and attentive communication with them it changes the very tone of day.
Â
Â
The Process
Â
-
The inner quality of our meditation changes substantially when we place ourselves in infinitely vast mindscape that puts us in midst of The Earth, the Atmosphere and the cosmos . This video effectively shows how we can do this.
-
We live a life of inner morality when we pay for everything we receive free in life. When we do not acknowledge this, we live with burden of debt as if we have not paid for what we received..
-
Among the most important things we always receive free are:
• Our body : Equipped with highly intelligent network of organs, muscles ,nerves, bones and energy flow, besides host of other things.
• Our mind : Intelligent, creative and always connecting and renewing.
• Life Force: The animating energy that renews, balances, heals and keeps you alive, all on its own. -
When we touch them with a feeling of gratefulness and recognize their contribution to our precious life on daily basis, we start a new outlook of sacred contact with our inner core.
-
Acknowledge that body, mind and life force always acted in your favour and brought you where you are today, although you never greeted, smiled or thanked them for completely free contribution they made to your life.
-
The Meditation illustrates this attitude and the process very well. If you like this after practicing a few times, give your feedback, refer this to others and teach those whom you love.

Our breath is the biggest source of energy in form of oxygen it spreads into our body .Breath can be directed, expanded, focused and circulated in any organ of the body .Â
Â
Our thoughts produce action. The image of our thought produces visualization. Felt visualization produces perception. Attraction of the perception produces actualisation. This video effectively shows how we can direct our breath to circulate in the brain, energize it and expand its limits by visualization.
Â
Â
The Process
Â
-
Our brain is part of interconnected organs of the body. It is not a seperate, isolated organ. So when we want to connect with the brain during a process of energization, it is good to start with vital organs at pelvis and slowly move upwards upto brain, connecting with other organs on way. This video shows how one can do it .
-
When we speak of brain expansion, we do not refer to physical alteration of its size, but expansion of brain's capacity. Brain's capacity shrinks when it is bound by limitations that beliefs, prejudices, cultures, religions, education and personal upbringings impose on us. All limiations are mental .
-
Therefore after you energize the brain and visualise the spread of its energy limitlessly, you tend to break mental limitations. When done regularly, one feels as if he is beginning to live with a broader mental landscape .
-
This video covers Expansion of brain in three dimensions:
• Horizontal : ( X-Axis)that tends to break its habitual limitations.
• Vertical :( Y-axis)that tends to elevate the quality of expansion.
• Frontal (Z-Axis) that tends to give strength to face life intelligently -
The Meditation illustrates this attitude and the process very well.If you like this after practicing a few times, give your feedback, refer this to others and teach those whom you love.

Our existence us surrounded by the three great intetconnected energy fields of Earth, Atmosphere and the Cosmos. Our hands are both the conducting threads and the steering wheels to direct the energies.
Â
The video very effectively shows how we can draw energies from earth and circulate them in our brain where all our senses are located. This dynamic meditation sharpens all the five senses in a very short time.
Â
Â
The Process
Â
-
When you first draw the energy from earth, let it have its passage through your spine and circulate it in your skull with rotation of hands in anti-clockwise direction atleast 20 times though video shows only a few rotations as an example.
After 20 rotations are over, exhale through front of your body, kneeling down in front. Let your hands touch the earth. -
Once you have kneeled down while exhaling , remember positively to repeat the same procedure 20 times, by drawing energy from front of your legs slowly upto the front lobe of your head and rotating energy of free flowing breath into the skull. You will observe that your rotation will be clockwise. This is not shown in video due to time constraint.

This moving meditation greatly oxygenates and refreshes your brain every morning in just few minutes and changes the tone of the start of your day with a spirited mind.
-
John Hopkins' latest update on Cancer says, it is a disease of the mind, body and spirit. It streeses that Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated environment.
-
This is a short meditative exercise. It involves all pervasive deep breathing that circulates more oxygen down to the cellular level. .It greatly increases oxygen supply to the whole body, though the attention is on brain.

All Soil meditations are free with no monetary involvement of any kind now or later and are given unconditionally. However, learning this provides an opportunity for you to spread this movement by teaching others to better our world.
